Kick-ass content that won’t send people to sleep.
That’s what you need, and that’s what I deliver.
Content is king. You know it and I know it. The thing is, content doesn’t create itself, and bad content is worse than no content at all.
You need help keeping on top of your content schedule. I can take over that headache for you and fill the gaps.
Who am I?
Writer, blogger, editor, all-round content magician. As a qualified journalist, I’ve written for a range of mainstream and niche national and regional media covering everything from hard news to lifestyle puff (I say that fondly). My love affair with all things webby began at about age 11, when I started an S Club 7 fan site (and yes, I still know most of the words to far too many of their songs). Today, my far more age-appropriate activities include working with spirited startups and small/medium businesses on content creation and contributing editorially to traditional blogs and websites.

What I offer
Writing - blogging, copywriting, and more
If you need a hand making words work for you, I can craft compelling copy for blog posts, press releases, newsletters, features, bios, product descriptions, case studies, e-books, or other content, be it SEO-focused or purely creative. Your voice? My voice? Something in between? Easy as pie.
I ghost blog for various companies on business-oriented topics including digital marketing, social media, tech tools and HR. Other subjects of interest include personal finance (I’m a regular contributor to Dimespring) and travel (obviously).
It’s tough to edit your own work. Sometimes you need to bring in an outsider. I can provide a second pair of eyes to look over that all-important report, letter, essay or resume. Be it macro (structure) or micro (copy editing for grammar/punctuation/word choice), we’ll get some flow and clarity into your prose. I love the English language in all its oddity, and will happily help you slash the jargon and cut straight to the chase.
While I don’t claim to be a social media expert (can anyone, really?), I’m happy to consult on wading into the waters of blogging, Twitter, Facebook or LinkedIn, having used all these platforms for both personal and professional purposes to drive traffic and build a profile.
Don’t know what, when or how to post? Have your grand visions for your online presence languished or lapsed entirely? Are you feeling completely overwhelmed and unsure how to even get started? Let’s talk content strategy.
