New goals

My goals for the rest of the year:

Learn to drive our car (it’s a manual).
Pick up my guitar again.

I am LOVING the fact that my after hours time is now my own. No more staying up late reading. No more studying. No more spending all hours working on assignments. Plus, it’s coming up to summer, so the days are even longer! The possibilities are endless.

learning to drive standard shouldn’t take you more then a week – but i suppose it depends on how often you get to go out and practice… maybe a month?

I taught my boyfriend how to drive standard – it was an adventure!

Ugg. I’ve already had a few lessons with T, aaaages ago – talk about stressful!!!!

Driving manual makes me feel like I’m so not in control of the car – even though, paradoxically, I AM. I guess confidence will come with practice.

I still haven’t learned…it’s just not necessary in the States!! over here, though, rental car companies like to rent out manuals…ugh.
