Link love (the TMI edition)

So far, Project Me First (2016) is going well.

I find it fascinating – from a dispassionate, observational perspective – to see the effects of stress ebb and flow, manifesting physically. Eczema, fatigue, the crimson tide … they’re a surprisingly reliable barometer. (I’d also bet my blood pressure has been on a wild rollercoaster, not unlike the stock markets.)

What’s your price?

Sorry to hear about the emotional fallout of stress. Tim’s got crazily severe eczema, so I have an inkling of how bad it is. Nothing like horrible itching to further stress that’s exacerbating the itching.

As for the fatigue, I definitely know that one. Try to rest as best you can — which is utterly unhelpful advice during stressful times. But as someone with CFS I know that it’s the only thing for fatigue. Even if it just means staying lying down when you can’t sleep.
